Bad, useless service from ZelriProp

I have been chasing for the reminder of my deposit back for the past 2weeks and they just keep making making excuses. First the reason was I gave them incorrect banking details, which was a lie and only was told after I was following up the whole week with no one able to assist. The only person Lizelle who is responsible for refunds is never available and the switchboard as been trained to always say shes not around or shes busy. The switch is useless and when you call they say your name is on the list that must be given to Lizelle to process refunds. Yesterday I called and I was told that shes busy processing the refunds, did I get back my money yesterday or this morning still nothing. Lizelle doesnt even reply to a single email nor can one get hold of her on the fone. The company is a robbing people, I was told that when we moved the costs of getting the place ready was R4300, how ridiculous is that, ZelriProp is useless and a money robbing scheme their administration is useless and no one can ever assist. It makes me wonder if this is how they also treat their white tenants or ist only us black people who they are treating us like this.
