Bad Service

I'm so upset, I could give a zero star If I could,.they don't deserve even 1 star. I moved out from Acacia Park on the 29th of March 2025, did the inspection with the caretaker and handed over the keys on the 30th. After staying there for 2 years, my monthly rentals were up to date, never skipped paying rent or even a late payment. Nothing broken in the apartment but getting back my deposit is a mission. I've been emailing help and lizelle, no one even bothers to reply. Please pay my deposit back ASAP, before I take further steps.
