Bad service!!!!

I sent my application last month and paid the R200 application fee and they never got back to me. Decided to go to the H/O and waited there for 4 hours while waiting for them to approve my application. Then I received an sms to confirm my biometrics but the link did not work as I apparently used the link 3 times already in which resulted to them having to reset it at a cost of R200. I then paid another R200 but only got the link 5 days later. Worst service and company ever, highly don’t recommend them.
