Bad service

I have received a very bad service from zelripeties,I have app**** 2months ago for rental at Mogale Junction,my application number is 370,when you apply for rental at Mogale junction they say it will take 7 days to get a respond,when I went to check my application after a month with no respond from zelripeties,I found out that my application is blank and they said I should call their head office,I have never in my life received such bad service before,they ask you for your information and after giving them,they tell you that you will be called by an agent to assist you but!Everytime I call no one have answers about what is happening with my application,I have spoken to Amilia,she promise to get back to me with my application,I have send all the missing documents that she requested for,when I call her again she is very rude and she told me she has a lot of work or 700 application to attend and if I have send all the documents then she should have received them,I have called so many times to ask for help with my application still no answer and I have send emails still no respond,other people who app**** after me are now staying at Mogale Junction,all I want to know is what type people get help from zelripeties to rent Mogale junction?
