Bad service

I have sent them the following email 14 days ago.but i have never received any proper feedback, I always have to call them for feedback and they always promise to callback or its either the person whose incharge is off sick. For full 14 days.KINDLY SEE THE BELOW EMAIL:

I have few queries regarding my unit. 1.There is water leaking from the unit on top of mine to my kitchen. 2. My door frame is about to fall,whenever I open or close my door there is soil falling. 3. It has been a while since the contractors came to fix the pipe under our block and they left without finishing their job,the pavement is messed up,there are bricks all over and makes the block untidy.

Can you kindly sent someone to look at all that I have mentioned, because they are all serious hazards,The building might collapse one of the bad days. the unfinished project might cause danger to the kids and even adults because the bring are laying everywhere.
