Bad customer service Zelri Properties

This agency does not even deserve a star I paid R9600on the 25 Feb 2020 to move in one of their properties till today I don't have a place to stay. When I moved in on the 01st March I found a lady who moved in the same unit a day before me. They promised me another unit today when I call the caretaker the unit is not ready nothing was repaired. I don't have money to find another place I don't have a place to stay I am staying with a friend in Pretoria and I work in Kempton Park so I am traveling every day. Everyone please be careful with this agency their caretaker told me is not the first time they give people same unit and they push blmaes to each other I can't even get answers and Weekend ls they are not open I still don't have a place to stay but I paid deposit, rent and all utilities.
