Bad Customer Service

I was told that i had to pay a deposit in order for me to secure my space. I got a call from the agent that was assisting me and I was asked why am I applying for this if I'm a student whereas I asked her before I app**** and sent the deposit whether students can apply and she said "yes". I paid the deposit in early December, it is now February and they haven't refunded me back. The service is bad. I wonder how living at the place will be if this is the service they provide to people. I just want my deposit back ASAP.
