Bad Customer Service

I'm not impressed with the service I got from this company, at first they sell us false advertising. Then they never want to compromise, and make their clients happy. Now I'm struggling to get my refund from them, which took a whole 2 weeks. I've been patient and quiet, but I feel that I need to take action. Because they one of the most selfish people, yet inconsiderate. As I've been stating, that I need my ASAP so I can pay a deposit somewhere else.
