bad customer service

i am totally disgusted with the way these people operate they are getting estate agents to market there properties and rent them out, but they are allowing way to many people to look at one rental, and then you apply for a unit that know one else had seen before me, but it was then rented to someone else. it took me more than two weeks to get an answer back from there agents remax superior only to get sent an email saying sorry they have all been rented out to someone else. this should not be allowed
