Bad bad service

I spent the whole day waiting to sign my lease and finally when I did they telling me that the room THEY allocated to me is not fit for me they called headoffice and headoffice said I should sign the lease for that room yet again I still get emails abt how I should apply online whereas I paid my full deposit furthermore I signed the lease approved by headoffice I feel so harrased and if this matter does not settle I'm willing to take it as far as I can you can't be treating people the way you do because of Age or how u view them. It's total ************** I'm unhappy about all of this and I'm harrased like this none of this is even my fault Leases come from headoffice errors are fixed at headoffice if they say there is no problem who are we to argue
