Bad and unfair service

I app**** for residence at Mogale Junction 2 months ago,I called after 4 weeks to make a follow up and to inquire as to wether my application was approved or not ...they took my details promised to get back to me but nothing happend....and yet people who are applying are getting unit numbers and signing their leases....others are getting keys without even Thier unit numbers and without signing leases ..... what kind people get approved to for residence at Mogale Junction?...please assist me ...calling the head office doesn't work aswell as they don't help at all.
