Appalling Service

I have been serviced by Zelri properties for the past 8 months now and never have I had any rest. if its not them harassing me for payments I have already made then its my lease renewal taking over 2 months already now. <br> <br> I have had two instances where payment had been made but receiving a letter threatening legal action to be taken against me. when contacting them to sort this out no one is able to assist unless you refuse to hang up. should you hang up no one will get back to you. when calling and request to speak to Chantal who is the contact person on all their letters and statements you are told that she is management and unable to deal with your query.<br> <br> my lease agreement has been expired for about 2 months now and every time I call I never get a solution. emails have been sent to ask for this and no one ever gets back to me. they are very quick to send threatening letters when it comes to payments but don't care to act as impulsive when it comes to other important things. <br> the switchboard lady is very rude and cant even assist with a single thing requested. <br> <br> Zelri properties needs to understand that they are dealing with peoples homes and cannot be as ***********.
