Another Zelri Delay.
Good day. I've come here because I need assistance from anyone but the guys I've talking to from this company because 8 still haven't received help. I signed a lease for an apartment and when I contacted the care taker he informed me that the flat is clean and ready for occupation. On the day I meant to move in the flat was in a bad condition that I wasn't pleased with and I therefore delayed the move in. I called the office and spoke to the agent in charge and she together with maintenance said my issue had been issued a job card however my biggest problem right now is its over a week and I still am not able to move in to my paid and signed for apartment. I sent the office photos indicating the state of the flat and over a week later this matter hasn't been attended to. Please kindly assist on *** and note I don't see your contact details on your reply. Thank you.

You viewed the unit before signing or applying for the unit? We have responded to all your emails. Repairs have been done - we can't repaint the unit & change the color just purely based on your personal preference. If there is need to paint a unit - we do. All units are maintained.

You viewed the unit before signing or applying for the unit? We have responded to all your emails. Repairs have been done - we can't repaint the unit & change the color just purely based on your personal preference. If there is need to paint a unit - we do. All units are maintained.

18 Sept 2019, 16:03I didn't request anything new, the walls are dirty as per the pictures I forwarded to you. The stuff in the toilet is there. There are no personal preferences, the flat is dirty and it doesn't look like whatever I believed is your standard. You could atleast look into the matter all on your own and not through your assistants who. That flat wasn't done and this *********** caretaker knows it hence he blocked all my communication because he's apparently tired of dealing with your office not assisting him.
If you could even find out from him why he wanted to fix the flat at his own cost then maybe you'd have better information on handling this matter
