very bad from only one staff member his name is Joshua did not get his surname, but he was very arrogant and impatient. firstly, it was very difficult to get hold of him as the lady will transfer the call to him but he would not answer until the lady takes a message still he does not get back to us. our ref number that he was busy with GCT5556. as we were still over the phone with him as arrogant as he was he hanged them phone and said we are lying as my brother was trying to tell him that he did not receive any communication from him. he made us feel very small. i wish people can be well trained especially manners on how you handle customers. VERY RUDE that gent and ARROGANT. he treated us like a begger that is nagging.
