Access Control and Parking

I moved into their property in Midrand, from the start I have never received any documents from them to confirm my approval. Then they tell us rudely that we don't qualify for parking after we had moved in. I was willing to pay for parking but they give us the run around saying we completely don't have access to parking. When we have to get into the property we fight with the securities because they say we don't have access. I regret moving in there.
