Absolute ********

I had been renting with this agent since 2017. Other than the fact that they are the worst managing agents they are also ****** and ********.

I was due a deposit of R8900. When I vacated the unit there wasn’t a single thing broken in the unit and I have the pictures to prove this. They have advised that a repairs invoice for the amount of R 7521 has been recieved and there is arrears on my account in the amount of R123. I dispute both as I have already stated above that there was no damage to the property upon vacating and further to this, the alleged arrears I was never notified of and have promptly and fully paid my rental every month since I moved in. I’ve never experienced such *******ion from a managing agent and they should know that I will be taking the matter further.
