3 Months later, still waiting for my Deposit refund.

Worst company you can rent from with beautiful properties. Contradictory I know. I put in my 1 month notice 23 December 2020, Moved out 31 January 2021. This company completely disregards their own contracts drafted by them, which clearly states in clause 4.2.2 That money will be refunded along with interest earned no later than 21 days after termination date. I sent an email to Refunds clerk 9 March 2021, to date I had no response. There's more complaints I have which cost me money caused by their caretakers both old and new. Right now I just want my deposit back and cut my losses
