3 Months later and no refund on my deposit

I have moved out in June already and did the exit inspection, and I'm still waiting for my deposit or at least any sort of communication indicating as to when I will receive the deposit. Every time I call it is the same story, that Andrius is busy with it and will process it soon my cell number is taken down and never used.
