Zell or Izelle Dean is a make up artist in Stellenbosch. She created a magnificent look for myself and my friend, both Mothers of the groom. She is absolutely brilliant in every way. Professional, listens and makes YOUR ideas and needs paramount., efficient and very cost effective. Zell came to my hairdresser and worked there to save us time.
