Order for Tshirts not honoured

Sent an order for Comrades supporter T-shirts to Zelenko via email.<br> I got a response from 'Zelko' who told me they could do the order for me (6 tshirts), and they would be ready the Thursday before Comrades.<br> I sent through colour selection, design on the Tshirt, again I was assures that they would be ready i time and that I would need to collect as they dont deliver.<br> <br> I agreed. On Wednesday after not hearing anything, I called to check if my order was being worked on. I got told I would be called back.<br> No call.<br> I called again today (Thursday) to check if I could collect my Tshirts on my way to the airport.<br> The guy who answered the phone told me that the said 'Zelko' person is only a designer and should not be taking orders. He then proceeded to tell me that my 6 Tshirts were actually not worth his while as he only takes orders from 25 Tshirts up. After expressing my dissapointment that these were quite sentimental Tshirts and I was let down that now I dont have any Thirts, I basically got told that he doesnt care because he has plenty other orders that keep the business going and does not need to worry about me or my order.<br> <br> No apology nothing.<br> <br> :(
