ZELCO FINANCE IS A ****!

I app**** for a loan with Zelco Finance 29/12/2017 and was requested to deposit 1800.00 which will be refunded with the actual loan, I did and emailed proof was later told to deposit another 2000.00 which I didn't have hence I asked fr a loan and decided cancelling the application. Communication ran smooth and the consultant told me they'd refund me within three months which to date haven't happened after many attempts of contacting them. Suddenly the e-mail address is invalid and telephone number not working. I am so disappointed and would like to discourage others from falling into the **** I fell into.
