Zeigen Tours to please provide a correct receipt so that I can get my refund!
Dear Mr Mmdeni Twala,
Please can you provide me with receipts for the 28th of December tour/s to gold reef city.
They are willing to refund me, provided I have a receipt.
They have insisted that they require this document before they can give me my funds back.
Please sir. This is extra-ordinarily important beyond words. I'm not trying to get you into trouble or anything, they literally want receipts.
I will change this to a positive review when I get a correct receipt so that Tsogo Sun can refund me. Without prejudice of rights.

Gold Reef city is willing to refund me provided you give an accurate receipt detailing what tickets/tours were paid for.
I expect your kindest assistance the way you expected an immediate 50%deposit to ensure my guests place on the tour.
