Overcharged and then harassed

After there call-out guy failed to ring the doorbell of the house, i was charged for an extra call-out fee. They then came very late to the follow-up appointment. On questioning the extra call-out charge, I was told to pay up and have subsequently been harassed by late night telephone calls.
