Zeeva - epic failure of debt review process

Worst decision of my life to move debt counseling to Zeeva, not only have I lost my vehicle but balances are on the increase instead of decrease due to non-payment.

After almost a year still no court order in place nor any progress on balances.

Whole process is a epic disaster and I would have been better off to just make arrangements myself . Terrible customer service as the response time on queries are very long or no one available in the call center to take my call.
