Empty promises , ***** and emotional cheats

I started the programme in 2017 /01 and have been paying consistently and being loyal to the promise I made however I discovered something very strange on my statement. All my balances are going up instead of decreasing since I've been paying for the last year and a half. I then send Eulender an email who called back only then to tell me that they are experiencing system problems but they are aware of the issue. She promised feedback in 14working days. Exactly 5 working day from last I spoke to her I get an email from ********** telling me that they ceasing business to debtsafe .... I emailed to ask for my updated statement but the server tells me that the email email address cannot be found. I've been calling zeeva everyday, staying on the line for more than 30mins with no answer ..... I need answers and correct info unless we take the whole matter the legal way . This is a *******.
