Cancellation letter

Good day. I cancelled my debt consolidation agreement with Zeeva a few days after opening it. They sent me cancellation documents to complete and sign. That was done. It's February now and has been sending countless emails to them and they haven't responded. They need to send documents indicating the cancellation thereof. Kindly please help as I keep resorting to hello Peter to get assistance because they are not a joy to deal with. Thank you
