All bricks are not equal

In November 2014 I ordered 20k clay stocks from Zee's Bricks. On delivery I realised that the quality was not right. Majority were badly cracked and broken, and the sizes were very odd. Contacted Zee's who then contacted their supplier. A rep from Zee's supplier came and saw the bricks and agreed that they were 2nd grade. As this was not what I ordered - no where on the Inv did it specify 2nd grade - I wanted some compensation for the low grade supp****. After much deliberation it was decided that I will be supp**** with 1000 bricks gratis. To date I have not received them and I don't think I will. I have been **** to about delivery since the beginning of the year by Zee's. It is not surprising tho. They were dishonest about the quality of the bricks from the beginning. Lesson learned .. don't buy sight unseen even tho the Consumer is covered by the Consumers Act.
