Bad service after buying a bike from them

13 Feb 2021, 20:523 Boundary Ln, Oakdene, Johannesburg South, 2190 zeeman motorcycles, I bought a gsxr *** for a **** load of money, with in two weeks the left fork seal was leaking and I contacted candyce zeeman and I was told to pay R1600 to fix it, with not having money I bought the seals myself due to being them being money hungry assholes so I just left it, after I received this message, Morning Jason
All is good.
Fork seals are unfortunately a wear and tear item. They do pop, either from dust, grim, dirt and miggies getting stuck to the station, then with the up and down movement they pop. They can pop by hitting a pot hole, going too fast over a speed bump or doing wheelies.
You can book the bike in. It takes an entire day as it is a big job. Price there R1600.00 all inclusive. We replace both seals at the same time.
Just let me know when you would like to come in so that I can have a bench arable for you.

Sorry to hear this. You are going to have to bring the bike in for us to to see what the problem may be. Please i need to reiterate the fact that you did buy a secondhand bike that is already 9years old. Therefore it will have issues here and there as it is pre-owned and NOT a NEW UNIT... In saying this to our knowledge the engine was good and sound when we sold it to you.So after this service I was a little ****ed off but they still did not give a ****, so I asked for the price on back brake as well as fork seals cause they did not care for there customers and this is what I got, Hi there
Rear brake pads R520.00 incld vat.
Fork seals origional R575
00 imcld vat
We close at 12pm tomorrow, so I bought the back brakes as well as the fork seals to get fixed by a club member, so I started dealing with a Brad zeeman if that's even his surname and I am not going to explain myself any further so please ****ing please see the pics attached of our chats cause Candyce after selling the bike to me for 78k did not give a **** so please send to everybody out there to never ever buy from them, thank you

05 May 2021, 08:31Still no reply from Suzuki Zeemans, they do not care. I have taken them to the onbuksman its been 10 working days and guess what still no reply, seems they do not at all care, my bike is now completely ruined so I have payed 78k for nothing in actual fact paying it off from a loan I agreed on, so yeah
