Bad business

I placed an order for hair from Zee's Premium hair in March and paid for i***** been 4months and all I hear is we are having a back log please be patient.Then afterwards I get a form to complete and attach proof of payment.Now I've been blocked.All I want is the hair or a refund.This woman is a joke Zee she clearly can't run a business.Its pathetic
