Zee organics hair and skin clinic/trauma

Hellopeter I don't know where to start but I was referred by someone to this Zee Organics hair and skin clinic because I have hyper***mentation marks on my cheeks and they also sell organic products which are great for any skin But the problem is that I think their staff is not well trained about skin and hair treatments Coz I did Pico lazer with them in December which resulted in severe burn on both of my cheeks I was left with burnt marks which I'm currently treating but because I trusted Zee Organics I then went for hair treatment end of January at their hair salon of which a month later sulted in a severe Hairloss. On the day I went for this Hair treatment My hair was not washed prior to this treatment that was app**** on my hair then put in that hot pot for some time after that they washed my hair no conditioner was used after no leave in conditioner was used no heat protector was used but hair dryer on high heat and after little hair food was app**** then I did snoopy conrows the a month later end of February when I was taking off those conrows I suffered server hair loss which resulted me cutting off my hair Zee organics really damaged my dignity as a woman they have ruined my face then my hair This happened around January but I'm writing this now coz I haven't healed as yet I was ****med my long healthy strong beautiful hair they should have stated that their products were not meant for relaxed hair I do have pictures where my face burned and I do have pictures of my hair before and after I wish they could pay me for these damages but there is no amount of money that can restore what I have lost but still they need to compensate me and I told them that I will not go to social media with this but after acknowledging my issues they kept quiet never did a follow up or whatsoever So this is what happens when you trust and support black businesses Zee Organics contact number ***
