Horrible Customer Service and False Advertising

What I ordered vs what I got was completely different. I understand that a photo is not always the same as the end result but their dessert cups is why I decided to support them, plus they are local, it looked fabulous on their Facebook page, but I got something that looked like it was scooped out from store bought containers and dumped into a cup. I'm highly disappointed, and unfortunately won't recommend them purely on the horrible customer service I received after complaining nevermind the bad looking end product.
