Pathetic Service...

I bought a car which was advertised online from Zeda cars, Rhodesfield, Kempton Park. After payment and receiving the car and driving it for a day or two I realised that the car was faulty.

I returned it and they advised that the car was test driven, inspected and in good condition to drive. I told them that the rear tires, air conditioner and wheel bearings. They told me that they cannot fix the faults since they gave me a discount on the car. I told them I will pay back their discount and they take back the car for fixing or they return my money.

They promised me that they will come back with a quotation to fix the car and we will find a way forward regarding this matter. They refused to keep the car since it was registered in my name and it was festive season and they could only help in January 2019.

I kept the car over the festive season without driving it. I returned to them with the car and told them that their permit ha expired on the 23rd of December 2018. The sales lady who was handling my documents by the name of Taryn told me that she is looking into the matter and will get it sorted out. I decided to leave the car with them because there was no way I was going to drive it with an expired permit. She then claimed that she actually gave me the original Natis which she knows very well that she didn't. It has been phone calls from them telling me that the car is mine and I need to collect it they will sort out the Natis copy since they don't know what happened to the original document.

Word of advise, please triple check whatever vehicle you are trying to purchase from these guys and make sure you triple check the documentation as well.
