Registration Document (natis)

I took delivery of my replacement vehicle from Avis Randburg October 22 2013.<br> since then nobody know where my vehicles registration papers are, I am now in a pickle where I need to sell my car but nobody knows who the registered owner of the car is or where the cars Natis document is.<br> <br> this has been a marry go round for the last 20 months with Avis playing possum, no communication has been heard of from them to date, last conversation was when I took delivery of the car and that was it.<br> I need to know who is the registered owner of my 2012 Hyundai Accent 1.6 g/l so I can have that individual or organization help in requesting a duplicate Registration (Natis) document as the original is clearly lost.<br> <br> I am rather frustrated.
