Bad service

Since last year October, I have been trying to cancel my contract with this company but they don't want to cancel. I have visited their office several times but, they are no t helpful and seems I am bothering them while they keep on deducting their monthly premiums on my account. Their call centre is the same. Can someone help me I'm fed up with these guys.
