zedchem deceives workshops

So after receiving a call and being offered a promotional carwash and wax product and asking the sales person more than once if any costs were involved they said no and would send a free promotional tester, upon delivery i was told that an invoice for R100 would be sent, after a month we received an invoice for over a R1000 for the so called promotional product, i spoke to chantel and explained that this was not what was agreed and that they should pull up the recordings, resending us a R900 invoice, everyday they call for payment and now today i get a rude call and get threatened to pay before they hand our company over, no workshop or person should ever use this company or products, they are more expensive than better products on the market, they lie and deceive thier customers, cheat workshops and have rude personnel, i will never use or recommend any product from them.
