Poor quality wendy houses

I had this company install a wendy house in January this year. The workmanship is of poor quality. Their turnaround time to respond to conplaints and queries is beyond ridiculous as they also never return calls. I paid cash in full upfront. I also paid for foam fillers which was not done 6 months later. Now when I am requesting a refund of my money paid for that the owners are not taking my calls. They are giving their family members answer the calls. Please don't use this company.
