Terrible experience, filled with failed promises and excuses
Terrible experience. Not once in all the time they were working did they arrive when they said they would. A constant stream of promises and excuses. If you decide to use them, make sure you cancel your plans or always have someone at home, because they will come whenever suits them.

05 Nov 2019, 17:41Turns out the work they do is very bad and they refuse to honor warrantees. They "waterproofed" my roof back in June. There was no rain until now, and the roof leaked like a sieve. When trying to get them to fix it, they avoid all emails and messages and just hope that the problem goes away. Seriously, look elsewhere. Unless you want your job to be done badly, behind schedule and with no guarantee.
