JCJL Holdings, Zebula Projects, Jacques Cloete - Warning

Three different owners in a townhouse complex contracted with JCJL Holdings, trading as Zebula Projects, to thatch their lapas. He has taken deposits, and for months now has not been on site to complete the projects. He has come with every excuse one can think of. Now he has completely disappeared and is no longer taking calls or messages. Be aware Jacques Cloete, JCJL Holdings, Zebula Projects, or whatever name he is trading under, will take deposits from you and that is the last you will hear of him. Be warned.
