ZEVBULA LODGE HOLIDAY HOME

We went to Zebula during December 2023. My kids visiting from Canada wanted to go to Zebula - family members have their own game lodge but they wanted to see Zebula Lodge. What a terrible experience. The home where we stayed was not in a good condition. Walls dirty, toilets stained. The table on deck was so dirty, do not think it have been cleaned for months. ******* lying around on the common property. The bedding supp**** was so old and discoloured with old blood stains. Scatter cushions covers on bed dirty and spotted. It was the worst 3 days ever staying in such a unkept place. Disgusting. The stove in the kitchen - the rubber on the oven door was loose. Took 3 hours to cook a chicken. Cheapest oven installed, fridge not working properly. Come on, they charge a fortune for per night and one would expect better quality. One would expect by paying a ridiculous amount per night, at least the bedding will be clean and crisp. The outdoor chair cushions - what a joke. I will NEVER EVER advise anybody to go to Zebula. All activities advertised was cancelled without any update or information to visitors. Either "horse" is sick or snake handler was in field hunting. What a total disrespect towards clients.
