Zero service and false advertising

We had a very bad experience at Zebula today. We came to Dirk's place for some drinks and pizzas at around 12:30. No waiters were available at all. We had to order for our table of 12 from the bar. It took 20 minutes for us to get menus. It wasn't even very full, there were 4 other tables there. The food was great but there was zero service. We had to get drinks at the bar ourselves for the three hours we were there. When we complained about this the staff just shrugged and said there's nothing they could do.

A brandy promotion was advertised largely around the bar where if one ordered a double KWV and mix, you would get a scratch card with the opportunity to win a golfing prize to play golf at Fancourt with a pro. We ordered 8 specials only for the staff to tell us after that they ran out of scratch cards.

There was a QR Code on the menu saying "scan for a mystery discount". When scanning the code, the link wouldn't work on any of our phones.

The most disappointing was that there was an advert for a "beat the pro" event where you could try to outdrive/putt the pro and win prizes which the kids and us got very excited about but when we went to the clubhouse to enquire, they just said it's not happening because the pro is out on a lesson.
