Zebula still no depost refund or comms

I couldn't figure out how to reply so here is another thread. So Zebula responded to my initial view with someone will be in touch. You will note that the response was not signed off by name or title. Secondly they did not ask for my booking ref or contacts so the follow up they mention in their pretty response was merely lip service. Very dissapointed in Zebula and management team.
