Zebula Golf Estate and Spa House 84A

We stayed in House 84A during the festive season and there were items in the house which did not work or was broken. In the adverti*****t this was one of the nicest houses, but this was definitely not our experience. There was no underroof braai as advertised, some of the cushions of the outside chairs were missing, we had not hot water for shower in the upper bathroom, the swimming pool was leaking water and had to be filled everyday, nobody came to clean the pool on a daily basis, the dishwasher did not have the correct salt etc. to work, the toaster was not working, the roof leaked water with the rain, the air conditioners in both rooms were old and noisy and could not run at night while sleeping. There were not keys to the patio doors for the upper bedroom, the blind in front of the upper bathroom window was broken and could not open, the beds had no mattress covers, and the fitted sheets were not fitting well and would move as you sleep at night ending up on the mattress. We enjoyed the restaurant and spa, but I would not trust Zebula to rent a house again as per their adverti*****t, as this house was definitely not as advertised. All of this was reported to management, but no one came to fix the swimming pool or the items not working.
