Worst SPA EVER!!!

On Wednesday, 28 June 2023, we had an appointment at Zebula Spa. The appointment was made telephonically and upon arrival at the Gate, we were informed that we had to pay an entrance fee of R150 to enter the premises of Zebula. This fee was however never communicated to us when we arranged the appointment nor was there any information on their website stating such.

Due to some traffic at the Gate, we arrived about 5 to 10 minutes late for our appointment. The receptionist was rude and never even greeted us. She simply stated that we were late and as they were fully booked they would "see what they could do in the time remaining in the hour slot".

The booking was for two manicures and one pedicure. The pedicure cannot be considered a pedicure as they only painted the tone nails. To put this into perspective, the the pedicure lasted a full 10 minutes.

The manicures can also not be considered manicures. No preparation was done before they app**** the gel, and when applying the gel it was done very sloppy. The rounding off of the manicures and pedicure was also not done properly. No hand lotion or cuticle oil was app****.

To make things worse, none of the equipment was properly sanitised or cleaned before they started. We were also the only customers at the Spa, which was really strange since we were told they were fully booked?

Our overall experience was very disappointing and we felt unwelcome whilst our appointments felt rushed. Worst SPA EVER!!!!!
