Waited 1.5 hours for a pie that we could see from our table

We came to Zebula veranda today for lunch. Arrived at 13:15. The patio wasn't very busy. We were very impressed and excited about the new menu which looked fantastic, diverse and very decently priced. I ordered a bacon burger and my husband ordered a pie with chips. We could see the pies in the window and asked what they have available. They said pepper steak and steak and kidney. My husband ordered a pepper steak and asked them to make sure it was available because it's the only pie he can eat. We waited half an hour, my bacon burger arrived (without onion rings and with really bad processed tasting cheese sauce). When my food came, the waitress informed us that they were out of pepper steak pies. My husband said that he only eats pepper steak pies so she went upstairs to go see if there are more pepper steak upstairs. She came down and said there are new pepper steak ones in the oven, it will take 5 minutes. Exactly an hour later my husband's pie arrived without chips. The pie he got ended up being good but the service was really bad. We were planning on coming for lunch for this whole week from today but we may have to make food at home if this is what the service is going to be like.
