Unacceptable and inconsiderate service

When i first addressed a situation i did it at a very calm manner, spoke to the GM face to face about the service & low stock on drinks at the bar, i mentioned that my complaint is only to address the situation not to make a scene out of it.

Here we are 2 days after and non of those complaints has been addressed, i phoned and asked for the GM and i also mentioned that i’m going to try keep my cool and address the situation in a appropriate manner

Non of the complainant has been attended to, drinks are low, service is slow you have to find your own table and beg for a waiter to assist

We also went to the pro shop to play on the driving range the Gentleman at the proshop said that they are still cutting grass and have to go and sit down for a drink the driving range will be ready within the hour this was at 9:30

10:30 Came around and they still weren’t done We were told to have another beer, we decided to be polite and have another since the guys really wanted to hit a few *****.

We ended up leaving without having to drive a few ***** at the range, we left at 11:20

Went to the convenience store, stood there for a very long time to purchase a few items they also failed to tell us the price of drinks on the shelf, according to the word with the GM his staff can’t possibly remember all the pricing on the shelf.

I phoned the GM when i got home to address the situation this call was done at 12:01

As previously mentioned above to the GM i’m going to try address the situation in a cool and calm manner, told him about all the above complaints and also asked him how long it’s going to take to address these complaints, according to him as long as it takes

I also mentioned to him with the poor service given he leaves us with no choice to rather spend time at home instead of the club house, according to him it’s up to me to do so.

Seems like management has no feelings regarding all these complaints at all, they are very quick to listen to respond but not to listen to solve these problems.
