Stay away from Zebula!

Based on the online promise of 5 star facilities and treatment, we booked a weekend at Zebula. However the weekend turned into a nightmare with filthy and run down facilities, terrible food (had to send back on more than once) and poor service confronting us. Wine and beer listed on the menu "out of stock"... Management visited our room and acknowledged the poor service and was horrified at the state of the room we were given (broken furniture, dusty with cobwebs). We were promised a reimbur*****t but to this day now follow up call has been received. Stay away it is not worth your time or money!
