Poor Service!

I will never return to this place nor recommend it to anyone, very rude and unprofessional service from the Head of security Nel. We booked a 16 sleeper the 1 couple was unable to join us on the day we checked in but arrived a day later, they were refused entrance at Zebula as they arrived 09:20pm from Joburg reason being "no 1 is permitted to travel after 9pm", even after a permit was produced as proof that the individuals are essential workers and were on duty on that day. (What nonsense is that?) this couple was forced to sleep in their car after we paid over 30k to stay here. I am very disgusted by the level of service offered at this place very very very unprofessional and no sense of logic or Ubuntu what so ever!
