PAY BACK MY MONEY!

Dear Hello Peter The same complain about Zebula.... they are not ready to change. We also didn't receive the same rooms we booked... I'm still waiting for the brokerage fee which was supposed to be paid on 11 January 2024... today is 19 January 2024 i'm still waiting for the money. Have been communicating wit a Nicholas from reception, i asked him to give me his manager's details but he refused. This is frustrating when i have school transport to pay. Zebula is worst place to visit....
