Hotel that Robs people's money

We went to Zebula golf estate for a team building. It's a nice place where one can enjoy with family. The estate knew that our company is going to do a team building. They didn't tell us about the terms and conditions of the lodge. When we got to the house the never made a check list of all the things that are in the house. They complained about noise and said they going to fine us R1000.00 for noise. When we check out they told us we have broken cutlery, broke a bed and they charge us for littering the house. First of all the was only one wine glass that was broken and I told them it was broken. The rest we don't know what happened. Second the broken bed of which it broke few minutes after we HV checked it and we have reported to the responsible person. Now they want us to pay R5000.00 for the broken bed and R1000.00 for littering. What amazes me is that we have cleaned the house and have put the dirt in black plastic. They say that we should have removed out garbage. These people they never put house rules and now they want us to pay that amount they mentioned. Can you please assist us. Thank you
