Horrible SPA experience, poor service and a false advertising

We had a visitor from France and we booked the breakaway package for 6. I also reserved the jacuzzi for an hour before our treatments. The full treatment was paid upfront. One of the ladies was 13 years of age, and on enquiry I was told that there will be no discount for her and that Zebula Spa is not prepared to refund us, as we have already paid in full, even though they offer more affordable treatments for under 14's. On arrival at 11 am, the jacuzzis were cold and we decided not to torture ourselves.With the treatments the Lilian Terry Homeopathy Baths were cold! Two ladies had their pedi’s /mani’s halfway done and the treatment was interrupted halfway to move them to join the rest of the group. The place is run down and was not what I wanted our French guest to experience. This was really bad publicity for our Country. The advertising is misleading and guests should be forewarned?
